First things first, let’s talk about ingredients.

Here’s what you need to make protein pancakes:

1 cup of milk

2 eggs

2 tablespoons of flax seeds

½ teaspoon baking soda

1 scoop of protein powder

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

And this is what you’ll need to mix together:

Powdered sugar

Egg whites

Vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

First, let’s heat up your stove and then let’s start cooking. So, before we start cooking, you need to preheat your stove. I like to do this by putting my oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  It’s important that you preheat the oven. After the oven has reached 350 degrees, you’re going to pour your milk and then you’re going to add your eggs. Then, you’re going to add your baking soda.  You’re going to mix it until the mixture is fully combined and then you’re going to put it aside. You’re going to add your protein powder. Next, you’re going to add your vanilla extract.

Now, it’s time to make the batter. So, to make the batter, you’re going to add your powdered sugar. Then, you’re going to add your egg whites. Then, you’re going to add your vanilla extract. Now, you’re going to add your baking soda. You’re going to mix it until the batter is fully combined. Now, you’re going to transfer the mixture into a bowl. And then, you’re going to put the bowl into the oven.

The batter will bake for about 10 minutes. That’s it. That’s how you make protein pancakes. You can enjoy this delicious and healthy breakfast.
