In this Article we’ll show you how to make vegan cookies. You can use any mix of flours you want and it doesn’t matter which kind of oil or butter you use.
STEP 1: Mix Your Ingredients
Flour
Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Butter
Milk
STEP 2: Preheat Your Oven
Turn the oven to 350°F
STEP 3: Form Your Cookies
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
Fill a measuring cup with flour
Use a spoon to scoop the flour into your hand
Pinch the dough between your thumb and forefinger
Add your flour to the bowl of a stand mixer
Beat the dough until it has a smooth consistency
Roll out the dough using a rolling pin
Cut the dough into circles using a pizza cutter
